Parking in the city is available. Payment machines are equipped with debit card terminals. Please note that certain streets must be clear for the cheese market.

We have a small space for luggage. This must be discussed with the reception. Leaving your luggage is at your own risk; we accept no responsibility for theft or damage.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of the paid amount back.
- No refund is possible for cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival.
We advise you to take out travel or cancellation insurance, if desired.
Unfortunately, our hotel is not suitable for pets.
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. All rooms are equipped with a smoke detector. A violation of the smoking policy is subject to a fine of €180.00.
