With 15 rooms, Grapèlli Boutique Hotel offers a unique location in the centre of Alkmaar.
Whether you are organising a company outing, team building, wedding, family reunion, group of friends or sports team, our hotel offers the perfect base to make your stay unforgettable. For larger celebrations, such as a wedding, the entire hotel can be booked exclusively for several days, so your whole party can stay together under one roof.
Centrally located and easily accessible
Our hotel is ideally located in the centre of Alkmaar, within walking distance of the famous cheese market, picturesque canals and a variety of cultural attractions. With excellent public transport connections and ample parking facilities nearby, our hotel is easily accessible for everyone.

- Room 1 Loft:King-size bed with a chesterfield sofa, fully equipped kitchen and a view of the street.
- Room 15 Loft:King-size bed with a chesterfield sofa, fully equipped kitchen, a view and an exit onto the street.
- Room 2 to 4 Chic:King-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, distinctive ceiling with an opening skylight.
- Room 5 Chic:Family room with a queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite room with two single beds, distinctive ceiling with an opening skylight.
- Room 6 to 9 Bohemian: A compact space that feels surprisingly spacious. With a king-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
- Rooms 10 to 12 Family Lofts: These are our Family suites, which come with a sofa bed and a double bed. They can also be used as two-person rooms as a suite. Rooms 10 and 11 have a full floor, and room 12 has a patio.
- Studio Urbain: These are our studios, separate from the hotel (on the same street), with their own entrance from the street. They come with the same facilities as our hotel rooms.
